We will cherish diversity by cultivating an environment of acceptance and openness to all human beings without judgment of skin color, beliefs, level of education, physical disability, and social or financial status. Our behavior and attitudes will be authentic in bringing kindness, compassion, encouragement, forgiveness, open-mindedness, and honor to everyone that we meet.

•  5. We are committed to sustaining accountability with our donors in regards to what projects can be completed and what goals are being met due to our supporters' generous donations. We will foster a relationship with our donors that is sincere, proving our integrity and trustworthiness by allowing transparency of our finances and what donor contributions accomplish.
